Mass Lottery ONE™ Voice Player Community is an online community comprised of Massachusetts State Lottery players willing to share their opinions about a variety of topics. This online community seeks to understand today’s Massachusetts State citizen and provide a place for members of the community to interact, share ideas, and give opinions on games, promotions, lottery events, rewards and more. To be eligible to participate in the Mass Lottery ONE™ Voice Player Community you will need to complete an initial survey that details your general lottery games, events and experiences behavior and some demographic questions to help us classify your answers. Once this survey has been completed you will become eligible to participate. You will find this registration survey if you go to the "Join Now" page of this Website.

If you forget your password, go to the Home page on this Website; click on the ‘Forgot your password?" link and enter your email address to request a new password.
You will receive an invitation by email to participate. The community research will be conducted on the Mass Lottery ONE™ Voice Player Community website. All you need to do is click on the link or copy and paste the Website address into your browser window. Then, simply follow the instructions on the screen to complete the survey. The survey link also appears on the community website under the “My Surveys” page.
On average, you will be sent a survey invitation two to three times per month. There will also be new Quick Polls posted to the site every couple weeks, as well as occasional new discussion boards for you to participate in.
On average, our surveys are approximately 5-7 minutes; however, some can be as short as 3-4 minutes. All surveys and activities are completely voluntary, and we let you know the approximate length of the survey in the invitation so you can plan accordingly. Surveys can be stopped and restarted later from where you left off if you are in a hurry.
Yes, community members can opt-out by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the website to cancel their membership, after logging in. Alternatively, members can submit a request via the Contact Us form or send an email to support@masslotteryonevoice.com with the word "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.
As a member of the Mass Lottery ONE™ Voice Player Community, you may receive different types of compensation depending on the type of research you participate in. For most surveys and activities, you will be awarded points that can be redeemed for gift cards online after you have accumulated a minimum number of points. Our invitation for each survey or other activity will state the compensation.
